Transformers use practices to create value. The transformation of consumed value into delivered value occurs according to pre-selected practices.
The choice of practice depends on:
- Value definition
- Actual delivered value
- Aeilus principles
- Domain Policies
Practices collection is a catalog of business processes, methods, and approaches from which the transformer can select the most appropriate practice.
The Stream Transformer Owner is responsible for recording changes - indicating the reasons for changing to another practice, the reasons for abandoning the previous practice, and the results of delivering value.
Based on the different types of value, transformers need different types of practices, for example:
- Financial Management
- Human Resources
- IT and software development management
- Marketing Management
- Sales management
- Construction management
- Citizenship Management
In each of these sections, practices are sorted into subsections. Each system can also use the experience of other systems as well as supplement the collection with its own practices.
